"DCMarket" refers to the marketplace platform accessible at this website. "User" refers to any registered or unregistered visitor. "Items" refers to virtual in-game goods listed on the platform. "Seller" refers to DCMarket as the sole authorized seller of items. "Payment" refers to any transaction processed through Stripe.
2. Payments
All payments on DCMarket are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize DCMarket to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method. All prices are listed in USD. DCMarket reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Sales tax may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
3. Refund Policy
DCMarket offers refunds in the following circumstances: (a) the item was not delivered within the stated delivery time window, (b) the wrong item was delivered, or (c) the item was defective or misrepresented. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the purchase date via our support ticket system. DCMarket reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria. Refunds for instant delivery items are not available once the item has been successfully delivered.
4. User Conduct
By using DCMarket, you agree not to: engage in fraudulent activity, attempt to circumvent payment processing, resell items purchased from DCMarket without authorization, harass staff or other users, attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform, create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
DCMarket is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in question. DCMarket is not responsible for changes to Roblox or the Grow A Garden game that may affect the value or usability of purchased items.
6. Account Termination
DCMarket reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if a user violates these Terms of Service, attempts to commit fraud, files fraudulent chargebacks, or engages in behavior deemed harmful to the platform or its users. Terminated accounts will forfeit any pending orders or credits.
7. Digital Goods
All items sold on DCMarket are virtual in-game items for the Roblox game "Grow A Garden." These items hold no real-world monetary value. DCMarket does not guarantee the permanent availability of specific items as game updates may affect inventory. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
8. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback against DCMarket without first contacting our support team is considered fraud. Any user who initiates a fraudulent chargeback will have their account permanently banned and may be reported to the relevant authorities. If you have an issue with a purchase, please open a support ticket first.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using DCMarket, you consent to our data collection practices. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
